I'm Kyle. I'm a 33 year old nutrition coach and I've lived in the area for 10 years. I recently qualified as a personal trainer and did an extra course specialising in bootcamp instruction. I've taken a few couch to 5k groups in recent years and feel like this bootcamp would be a nice step up from only offering that type of class. I am passionate about health & fitness, but I'm not the military drill sargeant type of coach. I like to encourage and motivate clients in a friendly manner so they can get the best out of themsleves whilst having fun and enjoying themselves. If Project Bootcamp can help even a few people improve their lives by becoming healthier and fitter, then I'll be over the moon that it has served it's purpose.
