Fitter, stronger, healthier, more capable - just some of the goals you may have which Project Bootcamp will help you achieve. By joining Project Bootcamp you'll receive the encouragement and accountability you need to get closer to your health and fitness goals. The classes are designed to help you achieve your desired outcome in a fun, friendly and welcoming environment. For only £20 per month, you could take the first step towards becoming your personal best.

Strength & Fitness

This class is a 30-45 minute class which will include various circuits, individual, pairs and team challenges to push you whilst keeping it fun and different all the time. 

After an appropriate warm-up, you'll be given instructions and shown how to carry out each exercise safely. We will use various pieces of equipment like kettlebells, battle ropes, slam balls, resistance bands etc. and all equipment will be provided so you simply have to bring yourself and a water bottle.

Monday 5:30pm at Newbattle High School grass pitches

The primary focus of this class is to improve your strength and fitness. However, I know a lot of people like to do these types of classes to lose weight. Since I'm also a nutrition coach who specialises in helping people lose weight, I will offer Project Bootcamp attendees 20% off any of my weight loss coaching packages.

Who takes the classes?

 

I'm Kyle. I'm a 33 year old nutrition coach and I've lived in the area for 10 years. I recently qualified as a personal trainer and did an extra course specialising in bootcamp instruction. I've taken a few couch to 5k groups in recent years and feel like this bootcamp would be a nice step up from only offering that type of class. I am passionate about health & fitness, but I'm not the military drill sargeant type of coach. I like to encourage and motivate clients in a friendly manner so they can get the best out of themsleves whilst having fun and enjoying themselves. If Project Bootcamp can help even a few people improve their lives by becoming healthier and fitter, then I'll be over the moon that it has served it's purpose. Classes run every Monday at 5.30pm. The cost is £20 per month or £7 per class if you'd rather pay as you go. Please sign-up using the form at the top of this page if you intend to come, as the classes will be planned based on the numbers who have signed up. The classes will be strictly limited to max 10 members with priority being given to the first 10 who sign-up for the month by paying £20. If you miss out on being the first 10 to sign up, you'll be added to a waiting list and I'll notify you in case of any cancellations. I also intend to increase the number of classes to offer different days and times once we are up and running, so watch this space if another time would suit you better.
