How it works

 
Project Kickstart is a fully online weight loss group.

Step 1: Personalised Assessment
  • Upon joining Project Kickstart, you'll receive a comprehensive questionnaire to help me understand your unique needs, goals, and challenges.

Step 2: Initial Consultation
  • Schedule an appointment for your 20-30 minute video call with me, a certified nutrition coach, to discuss your questionnaire, establish your weight loss goals, and tailor a personalised plan.

Step 3: Personal Nutrition Plan
  • Receive a personal nutrition plan crafted specifically for your needs and preferences. This will include practical guidance and other tools which are applicable to you and your situation.

Step 4: Supportive Community
  • Join our private support group where you can connect with like-minded individuals on a similar weight loss journey. Help others, receive encouragement and be part of building a positive online community which will offer you and everyone else accountability. We will have weekly discussions on various topics related to weight loss, and anything that seems to be a common issue for people in the group can be discussed here too. This will be your touchpoint for Project Kickstart where you can ask questions, encourage others, share recipes and much more.

Step 5: Weekly Email Support
  • Receive weekly emails filled with practical advice, tips and strategies to help you stay on track and reach your weight loss goals. Topics will include Protein, Alcohol, Weighing yourself, Exercise, Carbs, and Habits to name a few.

Step 6: Personal Email Check-in
  • Around the halfway mark, we will have a personal email check-in where you can let me know in more detail how you are getting on. This is an opportunity to fine-tune your plan, addressing any challenges you are having. 

Step 7: Final Consultation
  • At the end of the 6 weeks, we will have a final video call. We'll go over your progress, talk about areas you can work on and get personal advice on how you can keep your progress beyond Project Kickstart. 

Step 8: Ongoing support
  • I'll send you a final email summarising your 6 weeks of Project Kickstart and giving you practical guidance on what to do next and how to do it. Having this in written form will allow you to keep following the plan until you have achieved your weight loss goal.


Throughout the process, you'll have access to me for advice and guidance through various channels. I will also be available outwith these for matters that are more private which you require help with but don't want to share with the group. Please do remember, however, that this is a group weight loss program. Whilst I will do everything in my power to help you and go the extra mile where possible, this isn't one-to-one coaching. I do offer this but at a much higher price. This is the reason Project Kickstart was created, as it allows me to still give you personal attention although not as much as one-to-one clients. This means you pay less but still get the benefits of nutrition coaching for weight loss. I hope this explains to you how Project Kickstart will work, and what makes it different to the premium coaching packages that I already offer*.
