Nutrition is the foundation of all weight loss goals. That's why understanding nutrition and learning how to implement it into your life, is key to losing weight.
Project Weight Loss is a 10-week program which is designed to help you lose weight in a healthy, sustainable way. Once you sign up, we will arrange to have a 1-to-1 coaching call. We will discuss your goals, and your nutrition, making a bespoke plan for you which will fit around your lifestyle. You will then be invited to join a supportive Facebook group where you will have access to educational videos, group discussion, practical advice, healthy recipes and much more!
Throughout the process, I will be coaching the group through various subjects related to weight loss. Subjects will vary from the basics of a calorie deficit, to how sleep quality can impact weight loss. Tips on alcohol consumption, and how to manage nights out and big events when on a diet will offer much-needed practical advice.
By the end of the 10 weeks, not only will you have lost weight, but you will have learned how to lose weight. This is a weight loss program designed to get you the results whilst equipping you with the education and practical advice you'll need to carry on your weight loss journey by yourself.
